At Spruce Hill Winery, we believe great wine is not announced. It is discovered. You found us here in the Pacific Northwest the same way people find hidden trails, quiet overlooks, and stories that are not printed on maps.

Curiosity is a powerful instinct.

For months, we have been monitoring unusual activity in the forests surrounding the winery. Membership signups under unfamiliar names. Orders placed at odd hours. Shipping addresses that lead nowhere but dense stands of spruce.

We suspected one thing.

Bigfoot joined the wine club.

To confirm it, we installed field cameras deep in the understory. Among the moss, the cedar, and the filtered green light, we waited.

We were not disappointed.
