Shipping

We enforce all shipping of alcohol laws and regulations. We only ship to the following states:

We use a leading shipping provider, UPS, to fulfill all shipping. We require all purchases to be made by someone 21 years of age or older. A signature and driver’s license are required at the time of delivery to verify that the recipient is at least 21 years of age.

We do our best to make sure shipments arrive quickly and in good condition. For that reason, if the weather is too hot or too cold, we may delay shipment until conditions are more favorable. We will keep you notified if this happens.

If your order goes missing or is damaged, between dispatch and delivery, we will send you a replacement order as soon as we can. If we are unable to dispatch replacement goods within 7 days we will offer you a full refund.

Orders that can't be delivered will be returned. You will be charged both the return shipping and the cost of reshipping to you.

Returns

If you’re not happy with the wine, just email us at info@sprucehillwinery.com and we will refund you the price you paid for the wine, minus the original shipping costs. As a general rule, we will require the return of the bottles you haven’t drunk yet at your cost. All refunds will be issued to the credit card that you used to make the purchase.
